I was told once that we are only as young as our spine is flexible.
Since doing the flexibility exercises in Jonathan and Nancy’s programme my flexibility has increased greatly. I’m so impressed how, just with 10 minutes a day of regular exercises, my whole body is feeling better. I can now not only touch the floor with my legs straight but I can touch it with the flat of my palms.
My golf swing is much improved due to the rotation and side bend exercises and I have noticed that when I walk it is no longer with a sloop due to regular use of the ‘cobra’, which I do before even getting out of bed in the morning.
